At Rudrani Electronics, we want you to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
All tags, accessories, manuals, and other included items should be returned with the product.
You must provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product if applicable.

Do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping for Dropshipped Orders

For products that are eligible for return, we will provide instructions regarding where the product should be returned.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, Rudrani Electronics will review the issue and may provide appropriate return-shipping instructions.

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return-shipping responsibility may apply to the customer, depending on the product and return circumstances.

Return shipping arrangements may vary because some products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong product
A missing item or accessory

We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Products without their original packaging
Personalized or specially ordered products
Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Gift cards

6. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product, the usual process is to return the eligible product first and then place a new order for the desired product.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
